Partners Manager
About The Position
Upwind is the runtime-powered CNAPP that leverages runtime data to secure our customers’ cloud infrastructure. Upwind’s holistic approach to cloud security helps organizations mitigate the risks that actually matter, identify the root causes of threats in minutes and respond with context and automation. Upwinders are spread across the globe in all departments and work together to protect the infrastructure of our customers - we’re a strong, emerging player in a massive and growing market, and it’s still early enough for you to make a significant impact. We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team of expert sellers that is deeply committed to building meaningful relationships with customers, focusing on their value and thinking strategically about bringing deals to close.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to drive revenue and expand Upwind’s presence in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including system integrators, resellers, and service providers.
- Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and support joint sales efforts.
- Lead partner enablement initiatives, providing training and support to ensure partners are aligned with Upwind’s products and go-to-market strategies.
- Track and analyze partner performance to maximize results and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align partner strategies with overall company goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a partner manager or in a similar channel management role within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA and APAC cybersecurity market and partner ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of driving partner-led sales.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English.
