We’re looking for a Demand Generation Execution Manager who’s equal parts operator and learner—someone who’s excited to dive into a signal-based demand strategy, fully understand it, and bring it to life through bold, modern execution.
This is not your traditional MQL-based demand gen role. We’re building a pipeline engine that combines buying signals, AI workflows, and deeply aligned sales and marketing motions. You’ll be the execution partner who turns strategy into movement—campaigns, programs, plays, and assets that generate true demand and help sales close deals faster.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll report into the Head of Demand Gen and partner with the extended marketing team to scale programs, launch campaigns, and help build one of the most modern, buyer-centric GTM engines out there.
Responsibilities
- Execute demand programs across every channel — paid media, organic social, ABM campaigns, email, events, and more.
- Operationalize the strategy — take core GTM plans and turn them into ads, copy, content ideas, and outbound kits that get real results.
- Support the AI-powered workflows that fuel our SDR team—from coordinating messaging for outbound sequences to partnering with Marketing Ops and GTM Engineering to help build the workflows themselves. You’ll play a key role in enabling signal-based selling at scale.
- Execute the content calendar for organic social in partnership with the extended marketing team, making sure it lines up to key launches and GTM initiatives.
- Manage paid media execution — coordinate copy, assets, and campaign inputs for our paid agency, and track what’s performing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally — work tightly with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and Marketing Ops to align on programs and performance.
- Activate ABM programs — support tiered ABM plays, build outbound kits, and partner with AEs and SDRs to make sure they’ve got everything they need to engage the right accounts.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years in a demand gen or marketing execution role, ideally at a fast-paced B2B company.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and ad platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Reddit.
- Execution-oriented mindset — you love making things happen and getting stuff over the finish line.
- Curious and eager to learn — you don’t wait for someone to teach you, you go figure it out and come back smarter.
- Collaborative and relational — you know how to work cross-functionally and build trust to get things done.
- Comfortable in ambiguity — you’re down to build the plane while we’re flying it.
