The best talent is global

We believe great teams are built around people, not locations. Upwind supports remote and hybrid work so we can collaborate with exceptional talent wherever they are.

Moments that bring us together

From offsites to everyday collaboration, we make time to connect beyond the work.
While we work across time zones, we invest in real-world connection. With offices in Tel Aviv, Belfast, and Iceland, plus team offsites throughout the year, we create space for teams to build trust, strengthen relationships, and do better work together.

Growth Marketing Manager

Tel Aviv · Full-time

About The Position

Upwind is a next-generation Cloud Security Platform that leverages runtime context to identify and prioritize critical risks, providing precise insights and efficient cloud security management. Unlike traditional tools, Upwind uses runtime data proactively for risk prioritization and posture insights, ensuring teams focus on what truly matters. With industry-leading efficiency and eBPF-powered sensors, Upwind delivers comprehensive capabilities - including agentless cloud posture discovery, real-time threat protection, and integrated API security. We're in a period of significant growth. There's an enormous amount to build, improve, and shape - and every hire changes the trajectory of the company.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to conduct the entire growth orchestra: paid acquisition, landing pages, experimentation, SEO and LLM visibility, partners and vendors. You'll own the full funnel from first impression to qualified pipeline, and you'll own the number.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You won't hand off briefs and wait - you׳ll build the page, launch the test, read the data, and kill what doesn't work. You'll report to the Head of Growth and work day-to-day with Content, Product Marketing, Design, Sales, and RevOps. It's an individual contributor role today with a clear path to building a team as the function scales.

We work AI-natively. We expect you to reach for AI tools by default - to research, build, analyze, and ship at a pace that would have needed a team of five two years ago.

What You'll Do

  • Own paid acquisition end to end. Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads - targeting, creative, bidding, budget allocation - against pipeline and CAC targets, not clicks. Open new channels as we grow.
  • Own the conversion path. Partner with Content Marketing and Design to build landing pages and campaign assets, then run a continuous A/B testing program on messaging, layout, offers, and forms to move conversion rate.
  • Run growth as an experiment engine. Build a testing roadmap, prioritize by expected impact, run clean experiments, and turn results into decisions the whole team can act on.
  • Own organic and AI visibility. Drive technical and content SEO alongside LLM citation optimization- making sure Upwind shows up when security engineers and CISOs ask AI assistants about cloud security.
  • Manage partners and vendors. Agencies, review sites, syndication, co-marketing, events - hold them to clear KPIs and make each one earn its budget.
  • Build the AI-native marketing stack. Use AI tools across research, creative production, analysis, and automation to compress cycle times and scale output without scaling headcount.
  • Report on what matters. Build the reporting that connects spend to pipeline to revenue, and bring a clear point of view on where the next dollar should go.
  • Work like a seller. Sit close to Sales, understand the buyer and the deal cycle, and optimize for pipeline quality - not lead volume.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in User Acquisition, Growth, Performance, or Marketing Management at a B2B SaaS company- cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure strongly preferred.
  • BA/BSc with excellence in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar quantitative field.
  • Hands-on paid media expertise. You've personally managed meaningful budgets in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads and can explain exactly what you changed and what it did to CAC and pipeline.
  • Deeply analytical. You're fluent in funnel metrics, attribution, and experiment design. You build the model, find the insight in the data, and are comfortable defending it.
  • Conversion and experimentation experience. You've built and tested landing pages and know how to run an A/B test that produces a real answer.
  • SEO and LLM optimization know-how. You understand how organic discovery works today and are actively figuring out how it works in an AI-first world.
  • AI-native by default. You already use AI tools throughout your workflow and are relentless about finding new ways to work faster.
  • Sales instincts. You can pitch, negotiate with vendors, and think in terms of what closes deals - not what looks good in a report.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal. You'll write copy that a US security buyer takes seriously.
  • A self-starter who ships. High motivation, fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and biased toward getting things done in a fast-moving startup.
