About The Position

About the position

We are looking for a Research Product Team Lead to turn our world-class research into a growth engine. You will sit at the intersection of technical research, product strategy, and market positioning. Your goal is to strengthen our reputation through high-signal content and ensure our roadmap stays ahead of the competition.

What You Will Build

● Competitive Intelligence: Own the system for tracking features and claims, creating sharp "Battlecards" driven by technical proof to improve win rates.

● Innovation Pipeline: Lead the "Market Research & Innovative Area, validating early concepts and "killing weak ideas fast" to focus R&D efforts.

● Community Growth: Execute global CTFs, technical workshops, and the Annual Threat Report to build inbound demand and trust.

Responsibilities

● Manage the Research Product Innovation Team.

● Translate complex technical findings into sales enablement materials and "Battlecards.

● Run the incubation process for new product lines, conducting customer interviews and TAM sizing.

● Drive the execution of technical workshops (CDR, CSPM) that accelerate deals.

Requirements

● Ex-technical position (Researcher/Developer) turned Product or Strategy leader.

● +3 years of experience in Cyber security companies or +5 years of experience in the Tech units with leadership roles.

● Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives from technical data.

● Experience with competitive analysis and community engagement (CTFs, conferences).

● Hands-on experience with security products or tech analysis, and hands-on coding experience- Must.
