These Terms of Service, as amended from time to time, together with any other terms, agreements and policies referenced herein (which constitute an integral part hereof) (these “Terms“), together with its order forms, constitute a legally binding agreement between the Company (as defined below) and the customer executing or otherwise accepting such order form(s) which refer to these Terms (“Customer” and the “Order Form“). These Terms govern the manner in which the Customer and its users (each, a “User“) may use and access the Platform and Services (as such terms are defined below). Each of the parties hereto will be referred to as a “Party” and together as the “Parties“.
